Comments, Suggestions & Complaints
We are always looking for ways to improve the care we give our patients and from time to time we will carry out some surveys. We would appreciate your cooperation in helping us with these surveys by completing the forms when they are given to you.
If you have a comment or complaint about any aspect of the Practice, whether it relates to your treatment or to your treatment or to our organisation, please talk to the Practice Manager or to your Practitioner. We run an 'In-house Complaints Procedure' accredited by the Health Authority which ensures that any complaint is dealt with in a consistent and thorough manner.
